We stand by our products and always want you to love them. We will always do our best to deal with situations fairly & responsibly. If you ever receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to email@example.com and we will rectify this right away. These claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order or would like to exchange or return, you must return your item within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unwashed, unworn and tags still attached. Refund is at the discretion of WB once the item is received. If your return meets the requirements and is within the return policy time frame, you will be refunded to your original method of payment. You will only be refunded the amount of the item, not shipping.
If returns are sent back damaged, marked (deodorant stains, make up stains, etc.), or past the 2 week return period, you will not be reimbursed. You will receive an e-mail notifying you that the items are not acceptable for return. If you would like the items sent back at that point, you must provide return shipping payment.
If you would like to exchange a size, please send your item back, you will be refunded, and you can make a new purchase with your correct size through check out. WB does not offer return labels, so you can send the item back however you prefer.

Original invoice must be included in your return package. If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation e-mail or go to your customer profile on our website and print out your order summary. WB does not hold items for returns or exchanges. Please allow 3 business days for return processing. Once your return is processed, we will email you to let you know that you have been refunded to your original method of payment.
WB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, as WB cannot control what happens to packages after they are scanned & received by the post office. If you are leaving town and would like a delay in shipping to ensure package safety, please e-mail ASAP & we will hold until you return & would like your item shipped. You will not be refunded & items will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
